Shirley Ann Martin

Salem - Shirley Ann Martin,90, died early Monday, December 15, 2025 at Auburn Skilled.

Born June 9, 1935 in Lisbon, she was a daughter of the late Walter D. and Alta R (Welker) Zeitler.

Shirley was a cafeteria worker at Beaver Local for 17 years.

A 1953 graduate of Lisbon David Anderson High School, she was a good cook. Her love of sewing resulted in a lot of clothes for family and friends, and she enjoyed quilting as well.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Jean Martin, Carol Sambroak, and Lee Ann Claflin; her grandchildren: Renee Claflin, Dennis and Sean Sambroak, 7 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Allan D. Martin in 2017. Also deceased are her brothers Wayne, Ernest, and Raymond Zeitler and sisters Mae Mays and Linda Black.

No public service is planned.

Arrangements are in the care of the Weber Funeral Home.
