Lisbon- Judy Kay Rice,82, died Friday morning June 6, 2025 at Continuing Healthcare following a brief battle with cancer.
Born March 18, 1943 in Grass Valley, CA, she was a daughter of the late Virgil and Estella (Hall) Ashcraft.
She worked as an art teacher at Southern Local for more than 30 years.
Judy enjoyed arts and crafts, collecting Longaberger baskets and adored cats. She was a member of Lisbon Eagles Auxiliary and the Tri-State Antique Car Club.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Rice, and a stepson, Michael (Amber) Rice. She was preceded in death by a sister
At Judy’s request, no services will be held.
The family thanks the staff at Continuing Healthcare for their care and support.
