Born June 13, 1958 in Salem, he was a son of the late Henry C. Parks, I and Barbara J. (Fatherly) Parks.
A lifelong area resident, he had been a welder.
Survivors include his son Clinton C. Parks of East Liverpool, sisters Donna Morse and Linda Stinson both of Leetonia, Brenda Rudibaugh and Tina Parks both of Lisbon, and Lisa Parks of Florida as well as 10 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Randy and Tom Parks.
