Deborah Mabrey

Deborah Lynn Mabrey,61, died at Blossom Nursing Home following a lengthy illness Sunday, May 3, 2026.

Born December 4, 1964 in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Charles T. and Carol E. (Poynter) Seevers.

Debbie worked as a dietitian in several hospitals during her career.

A 1983 graduate of Beaver Local High School and a 1987 graduate of Ohio State University, she was a Star Wars and Disney fanatic and loved her time in the Beaver Local marching band.

Debbie leaves several nieces and nephews: Bailey McGrady, Piper Lawrence, Braden English, Brantley Dawson, Cali Britton, Cooper Christy, and Bailey McGrady; and her dear friends Shelly Roach, Sheri Liebschner, and Melissa Bach.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Brian Seevers and her grandparents Alice and Clay Poynter and June and Charles Seevers.

Memorial contributions in Debbie’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
